Skilled home health is built around services that are ordered by a physician. These can include physical therapy, occupational therapy or even speech therapy. These are the services designed to get you back to where you need to be and maintain your independence.

Who can receive services?
Skilled home health services are designed for anyone recovering from a serious injury, a surgery or serious illness. Our hands-on approach allows you to strengthen and recover so that you can keep moving and live life fully.

What kind of services do you offer?
Gulfside Home Health services include skilled nursing care at home, including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy in both Pinellas and Pasco County. Services also include medication management, illness monitoring, and a nurse assessment at each visit to monitor and track your progress.

Who provides care for the patients?
The skilled home health services are provided by expert rehab specialists, including physical therapists, speech therapists and occupational therapists. Patients can also receive visits from specially trained nurses and certified nursing assistants, as required by the individual's custom plan of care.

How are services received?
Your Primary Care Physician can easily refer you to Gulfside Home Health for an evaluation. Our team can meet with you at the hospital to prepare you to go home and get you ready for services after hospitalization due to a surgery, accident or illness.
